The Montreal Canadiens are having a difficult season, and there is little doubt that their performance has been harmed, at least in part, by the absence of ace goaltender Carey Price. Price has missed the entirety of the 2021 - 2022 regular season thus far, and positive news about his health and status has been few, at least until today.
On Saturday night, Montreal Canadiens insider Renaud Lavoie stated that Price had resumed skating on the rink this week. According to Lavoie, Price skated twice this week at the Canadiens training facility in Brossard, Quebec.
Price was asked if there was a chance he might never play again and responded with the following answer:
"You never know. There's always a possibility. There's a lot going on over the next couple of weeks that will determine the rest of my season," said Price during his first media availability in months.
