The Winnipeg Jets have agreed to terms on a three-season contract with forward Mason Appleton.

The deal will pay him $2 million in the first year and $2.25 million annually for the final two years of the contract.

Both sides avoid arbitration.

In 68 games with the Seattle Kraken and the Jets, Appleton had 21 points last season.
