Jim Gary, Blackhawks Mental Coach, reveals something very disturbing

Jim Gary, the Blackhawks' mental skills coach, told investigators "he sometimes used what he regarded as juvenile sexual humor... to engage with the young male players in order to encourage them to receive mental skills coaching and counselling from him."
This is just disturbing. So the video coach criminally assaulted him, and then the mental skills coach sent sexually explicit material to "bond" with him? How is that not harassment?
