The Hershey Bears, the AHL affiliate for the Washington Capitals, held their annual tradition during tonight's game with the Hartford Wolfpack.
After unfortunately having to cancel this amazing tradition due to COVID-19 pandemic, it was back tonight and it was raining bears in the Giant center when the Bears scored their first goal tonight.
The Hershey Bears own the world record for most bears in a teddy bear toss game with a total of 45,650 in 2019, but after 2 years of not having the toss fans are hoping to smash that record tonight.
