The Russian World Juniors team were kicked off the flight for disturbing peace. Police have confirmed that several members of the Russian World Juniors team were removed from a flight that was leaving from Calgary.

According to report from iDnes Sport translated from Czech:
"Several members of the Russian expedition were heavily intoxicated and refused to wear masks. The Russian team drank, smoked cigarettes and had no masks on their faces."
"According to one of the members of the Finnish team, a Russian player literally failed to sit still and fell on his side. Then he vomited on his own two feet."
"One of the staff members of the Russian team (reported to be coach and Hall of Famer Sergei Zubov) even smoked in the tunnel before boarding the plane.
Others said the Russian players were playing Russian heavy music using a loud speaker."
«They were very difficult for the flight attendants to handle, they wouldn't stay in their seat. They wouldn't keep the mask on. One of them was vaping." Kathleen Scherf told Global News.
It is a shame on the staff and coaches for not setting the right example to these kids.
