Hockey Insider Frank Seravalli reports that Team Canada's men's hockey Olympic Coach Claude Julien slipped on the ice during team building activities in Switzerland, fractured his ribs and will now be unable to fly to Beijing on advice of doctors. Jeremy Colliton will take over as head coach for Team Canada at the Olympics.
