BREAKING: Morgan Rielly is INJURED!

The Toronto Maple Leafs are off to a bad start.

While we don't have many information at this moment, it appears that Maple Leafs defenceman Morgan Rielly has been injured. The accident occurred while Reilly was on the ice with his teammates, but the nature and severity of the injury are unknown.

Obviously, this is bad news for the Maple Leafs, as Rielly is their most crucial blue line defender, but it may be a minor injury. Hopefully this one isn't serious for the Leafs.

David Alter's footage shows Rielly exiting the ice ahead of his teammates. Rielly appeared to be labouring as he headed back to the dressing room. This may indicate a lower-body injury, although it is just speculation at this moment.
