William Nylander's 4 Nations Face-Off Linemates Officially Announced

Swedish Superstar William Nylander is set to take the ice at the 4 Nations Face-off, and now, his highly anticipated linemates have been confirmed.
We've already seen both Auston Matthews' and Mitch Marner's lines for the 4 Nations Face-Off and they are filled with some pretty elite company.
William Nylander wasn't left out of the fun though, as he was given some pretty elite company as well.
Lining up with Rangers star Mika Zibanejad and Penguins leading scorer Rickard Rakell -- Nylander is poised to have a fantastic tournament.
So what can we expect from Nylander and Team Sweden?
William Nylander Key Part Of Team Sweden's Balanced Lineup
If Sweden was looking to have some rapid-fire goals in the 4 Nations, they certainly picked the right people.
For the Maple Leafs this season, Nylander has 33 goals and 22 assists in 55 games and is currently 2nd in the NHL in scoring. He's been a monster as of late leading to some pretty highlight reel goals
But it's not just the Leafs phenom who has lit the lamp this season. Rakell has come to re-acquire his scoring stride, as the former two-time 30 goal scorer has found his game the past two seasons.
He has 40 goals and 45 assists over his last 126 games and has quietly been one of the bright spots in a dismal Pittsburgh season.
Zibanejad is no slouch either. While he is having a slower goal-scoring season in 2024-25, he has been as reliable and consistent as can be.
Over the last 7 seasons, Zibanejad has averaged nearly 31 goals and 70 points and is one of the games top two-way forwards.
Team Sweden has a very balanced lineup with a lot of offense up front with their first two lines, and a much more sound defensive bottom six.
It will be an exciting tournament for sure, and Team Sweden kicks off their tournament against teammate Mitch Marner and Team Canada on Feb. 12.
