The Toronto Maple Leafs have revealed their lines for their season and home opener against the Montreal Canadiens.
With the NHL season kicking off its 2026-27 season on Tuesday, the Toronto Maple Leafs and Montreal Canadiens are going to have yet another intense start to their season.
It's always fun watching these two teams square off, and with huge stories like Gavin McKenna's debut, the potential debut of Kirill Marchenko, and a chance to see how this revamped Leafs lineup will work out.
But the question as to who is going to be lining up for the team on Tuesday is a question mark especially with the acquisition of Marchenko and his status being unknown. However, as we creep closer to puck drop - we have our group:

The Maple Leafs announced their lineup for Tuesday's game, and it does include Marchenko, as he was able to figure out his work visa issues in time to suit up. However, we get a shakeup due to Knies' departure, as Marchenko takes over on the first line.
Overall, the second line looks fantastic as it contains guys like Gavin McKenna, William Nylander, and, of course, John Tavares.
Meanwhile, the third line will consist of Easton Cowan, Nick Paul, and Colton Sissons. Lastly, Brandon Duhaime goes on a line with Teddy Blueger and MacEwan.
The defensive tandems are exactly what we thought they would be, with Morgan Rielly and Darren Raddysh going on a pairing together.
