The Toronto Maple Leafs' injury woes continue as defensemen Conor Timmins was forced to leave Tuesday's game against the Calgary Flames but was able to return.
The injury problems just seem to keep on coming for the Maple Leafs as they lost defensemen Conor Timmins to an injury after colliding with Brayden Pachal.
It just keeps piling on for the Maple Leafs doesn't it? They've only had three players this season who have suited up for every game: William Nylander, Morgan Rielly and Steven Lorentz.
Timmins this season hasn't had the strongest year, with only one goal and six assists in 43 games and though he's blocking a ton of shots, he struggles a bit with his positioning and it's cost the team at times.
Timmins is a former 32nd overall pick of the Colorado Avalanche in 2017 and has four goals and 34 assists in 134 games with time spent in Colorado, Arizona, and Toronto.
He is in the final year of his two-year, $2.2M deal he signed in 2023.
