Ilya Samsonov had himself an incredible game last night, posting a shutout. After the game, he continued to shine giving hilarious comments on teammate Auston Matthews.
The Toronto Maple Leafs put together an incredible game last night, topped off by Auston Matthews scoring his 60th goal of the season, the second time he has scored 60 in a season, making him the only active player to do so. The incredible feat had Leaf fans in Buffalo getting rowdy, and the atmosphere was incredible, including a line brawl at the end of the game.

Ilya Samsonov also had a nice night, even though it was overshadowed by Matthews' 60th. He posted a shutout in the game, in the same arena the Leafs previously lost one of their worst games of the season. He bounced back last night and was able to post a shutout.
After the game, he shared some funny comments on the shutout and his previous performance in Buffalo.
"I don't remember what I do here last time? Nine goals? F**k this sh*t. I feel good right now. That's a long time ago. I don't remember.»" said Samsonov.
Samsonov also shared his thoughts on Auston Matthews attempting to go for 70 goals, and hopes that he does it.

"It's huge. Not every day we see this. Not every year. It's huge. I'm just waiting what time he's got 70 goals. This my small dream for him. I want to see 70 goals by Auston this year."
