Ex-Mitch Marner Security Guard Goes Viral for Heated Maple Leafs Rant

A former security guard for Mitch Marner went ballistic on social media after a rant directed towards a fan regarding the treatment of the former Maple Leafs star.
The entire Mitch Marner saga is something that the Toronto Maple Leafs are hoping doesn't exist too much longer in the memory of fans, as the team tries to distance themselves after reports apparently showed that Marner was treated very poorly towards the end of his tenure.
Although there are things that refute that, whether you believe the stories or not, the tension between Marner and the Maple Leafs faithful is at an all-time high, and it shows no signs of slowing down.

Especially after a former security guard for the Maple Leafs forward decided to go off on social media regarding the treatment of the former superstar winger, and directly targeted a fan while seemingly throwing shade; and threats:

Toronto Hockey Fans Stunned by Ex-Guard's Defense of Marner
Well, first and foremost; breathe in, breathe out. In with the good, out with the bad. Align your chakras. Whatever it is you need to do to calm down, please do it.
To go off on fans for not liking Marner due to a personal attachment to the players is understandable, but it could have been handled in a much less public setting with the former guard preferring to air his dirty laundry in the comment section.
Look, we can't verify or validate if this person's story is even legitimate frankly, though taking it at face value, we aren't thinking Marner kicks puppies or is the Devil; but when his attitude and actions show that he maybe didn't have the best interest of the fans in mind: Then you can see why fans are mad.
Social media seemed to take the side opposite to Marner's former guard, and seemingly believe he went off the deep end.
Suffice to say, the Marner saga isn't going to end anytime soon, and it is going to make Marner's first appearance back in Toronto something more akin to a soap opera than your typical hockey game.
