After Toronto's comeback win over the Winnipeg Jets on Saturday, video has emerged that shows Auston Matthews and Scott Laughton rattling the home fans.
When the Toronto Maple Leafs came into Winnipeg on Saturday night, they needed a big turnaround after a disappointing 6-5 OT loss to Mitch Marner and the Vegas Golden Knights.
It wasn't easy but the Maple Leafs pulled it off thanks to a Max Domi OT winner off a saucy pass from Auston Matthews, and it gave the team a strong finish to their road trip; one that came out more successful than some realize.

But it's what happened after the game that's causing attention as fans noticed that the Maple Leafs decided to toy with the Jets fans after winning; and it shows a nastier attitude.
Video emerged that revealed Auston Matthews and Scott Laughton both decided to chirp the fans, with the captain pulling out the 'I can't hear you' gesture meanwhile Laughton went a little more over the top with a 'boo-hoo' to the Winnipeg faithful:
This comes on the heels of Laughton being a much nastier presence and was in the ears of the Jets players all night, and didn't back down when prodded and it seems the team is following suit.
Toronto has a much nastier side, and they need to show it
Though this isn't the first time we've seen Matthews toy with the crowd, as it was last season when he and Morgan Rielly decided to play the sad violin to the Ottawa crowd after a crucial victory.
Laughton and Matthews' antics harken back to the late 90's and early 2000's Maple Leafs teams, with Darcy Tucker, Tie Domi and others not afraid to let players or fans hear it.
Who can forget Domi fighting in a fan in the penalty box after the glass gave way? That was all in due to Domi splashing the fan with water. It's one of the most iconic moments in team history and due to the desire to egg the fans on.
While we likely aren't going to see that level of interaction, at least the Maple Leafs aren't afraid to show people their feathers whether that be players or fans.
