The Toronto Maple Leafs will now be without Mitch Marner for the second straight game versus the Philadelphia Flyers after he was deemed ruled out on Saturday for the first time versus the Montreal Canadiens. Fans have raised concern for his status, and we finally know what is up with Mitch Marner and it is not good news...

It is the type of news you do not want to hear in the month of March just weeks before the postseason. Maple Leafs forward has reportedly been dealing with an high ankle sprain for the last week but it is deemed "mild"

No timeline has been given just yet but the injury can vary from just short of a week or two or can be a few months as ankle injuries vary from person to person. Hopefully the Leafs forward can heal as soon as possible at 100%.
