No stranger to firing his team up, Berube was recorded giving a huge pep talk to his Blues team ahead of their Stanley Cup win.

It will be interesting to see how passionate Berube gets as the playoffs near, and the team can't afford any setbacks or they're going to hear about it from their head coach.
