One day after another disappointing loss, this time to the Edmonton Oilers, the Toronto Maple Leafs have officially cancelled practice ahead of a showdown against the Calgary Flames.
Toronto Maple Leafs mysteriously cancel practice
According to eye witness reports, the Maple Leafs have cancelled the main part of practice, with only scratches taking the ice alongside Head Coach Sheldon Keefe.

Mark Masters also notes that during a media session with Keefe, he revealed the team still had meetings today, but explained the no-practice like this;
"We just finished playing five games in eight nights, four in the last six, & we got three in four coming starting tomorrow night & this all coming off of a California trip, so it's been a challenge"
Toronto have certainly struggled as of late, so perhaps this is a way to get them some rest and get them going against Calgary, and given their form, it's no surprise that every move they make will be heavily scrutinized.
Will Toronto win a round in the playoffs this season?
