The Maple Leafs lost the first game against the Florida Panthers in Toronto, just like they lost the opener against Tampa Baty. Fortunately, they were able to beat the Lightning three times in their arena to win the serie. With their record of 1-3 on home ice, they will have to give the same kind of performances in Sunrise of they want to reach the next round.

Sheldon Keefe Calls out the Leafs Home Playoff Performance

In a recent interview, Keefe talked about his team's poor performances when they're playing in Toronto.

"It certainly is a topic around here in terms of handling that better no matter where we are playing.

You should be able to play the same. I think we got off to a fine start last night — we had some pace, got out of our zone well, earned the power plays through that process, and we had a chance to take hold of the game and didn't. It faded from there.

At home, you should never fade. That is the thing that has happened for us. We have to fix that. No better time to do it than next game."

The Leafs will try to earn their first win of the serie tonight in Toronto. Let's hope they can do better, to avoid going to Florida with a 0-2 deficit.
