Andrei Vasilevskiy Reveals What He'll Have to Do to Beat the Leafs

Andrei Vasilevskiy hasn't been performing at his usual level during the playoffs. In 4 games, he has allowed 19 goals, resulting in a 4.33 GAA and a .856 save percentage.

When compared to the rest of his career, these stats are far from impressive. He boasts a 2.38 GAA and a .921 save percentage in 108 games.

Toronto seems to have discovered a strategy to beat him: constantly placing one or more players in front of him. After all, how can he stop what he can't see?

However, the Bolts goalie hasn't given up hope just yet.

The Leafs have become skilled at screening, thanks to Vasi, and the Russian goalie claims to have found a way to beat them – though this technique isn't exactly NHL-approved.

"#GoBolts Vasilevskiy on what he can do to fight through the #LeafsForever screens better: 'Buy myself like (expletive) x-ray glasses'."

The NHL rulebook doesn't seem to have a section about x-ray glasses, perhaps because they don't exist. But who knows, really?

Maybe regular glasses could help him see a bit better?

If Vasilevskiy can't regain his focus like he has in the past, the Bolts might not make it to the second round this year.
