In order to round up their current roster, the Kraken are forced to pick a player from each team in the league, and in a recent article for the Seattle Times, Geoff Baker presented a short list of six goaltenders, six defensemen, and four forwards that he thinks will be on the Kraken's radar.

Goaltenders:

Jake Allen - Montreal Canadiens

Braden Holtby - Vancouver Canucks

Vitek Vanecek - Washington Capitals

Chris Driedger - Florida Panthers

Cam Talbot - Minnesota Wild

Aidin Hill - Arizona Coyotes

Defensemen:

Matt Dumba- Minnesota Wild

Shayne Gostisbehere - Philadelphia Flyers

Brad Skej - Carolina Hurricanes

Devon Toews - Colorado Avalanche

Brent Burns - San Jose Sharks

P.K. Subban- New Jersey Devils

Forwards:

T.J. Oshie - Washington Capitals

Tyler Johnson - Tampa Bay Lightning

Dylan Gambrell - San Jose Sharks

James Van Riemsdyk - Philadelphia Flyers

Of course, you'll find that some of the league's teams feature on this list several times. While several players from a single team can be obtained by side trades, the Kraken will only be allowed to select one player from each team through the expansion draught process.
