Penguins unveil humiliating behind-the-scenes free agency video of Kyle Dubas

After a disappointing final few years with the Toronto Maple Leafs, Kyle Dubas has now taken over at the helm of the Pittsburgh Penguins, and it's safe to say he hasn't yet set the world alight. After trading for Erik Karlsson last summer, only to miss the playoffs in dramatic fashion, their start to NHL free agency this year hasn't been good, as they've landed just two notable NHLers in Anthony Beauvillier and Blake Lizzotte.

Now, the social media team have released a behind-the-scenes video of their General Manager, and the lack of excitement about anything happening certain;y isn't a good look.

There's a chance that he'll be able to turn things around in Pittsburgh with the veteran core, especially with their links to Vladimir Tarasenko and other names available, but as of right now, it appears as though Dubas is in over his head, just like he was before he ultimately departed the Maple Leafs.
