It's unclear whether that is the sole issue with Kolosov or if something else is going on, but at this point in time, he remains contracted to the Flyers, and at just 22-years of age with a bright future, it's easy to see why the team want to keep him. With other talented young players like
Jamie Drysdale and
Matvei Michkov looking to make an impact in the NHL soon, it makes sense that the team wants a young goaltender to grow with this team, so we will wait and see how this story develops over the summer.
