The latest words from New York Islanders forward Brock Nelson appear to hint that he could be moved by Friday's Trade Deadline.

This also means that last night was their final game before Friday's Trade Deadline, and potentially the final game in an Islanders sweater for veteran forward Brock Nelson.

Currently with 63 points and 4 clubs separating them from the final Wild Card spot in the East in the East, the Islanders could decide to sell at Friday's deadline rather than add to secure one of the final pair of berths.
Nelson has been reportedly been offered a new contract as well, although there hasn't been any news since regarding the initial offer.
Nelson has played his entire NHL career with the Islanders, who made him the 30th overall pick in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft. This year, he has 43 points (20G, 23A) in 61 games and also represented the Americans in the 4 Nations Faceoff.
He's also in the final year of a 6-year, $36 million deal with an AAV (average annual value) of $6 million.
