Evander Kane is known for both his on and off ice antics and has gained quite the reputation around the league. Since getting a second chance in Edmonton, he's turned things around for the better, but still has his moments of controversy. During tonight's match against Vegas, Kane found himself tangled up with Vegas' Keegan Kolesar, and the two forwards went at it hard.
Kane can be seen in the back of the scrum dragging Kolesar to the ground, and then continuing to punch Kolesar's head once he was on the ground. This is an incredibly dangerous thing to do, and reminds many of the fight between Artemi Panarin and Tom Wilson a few years ago, which saw Panarin's head violently slammed against the ice.
Luckily, Kolesar appears to be okay, but one has to wonder if supplemental discipline will be coming for Evander Kane.
