Connor McDavid Has a Clever Idea that Might Just Solve the Delay of Game Issue
It's safe to say that Connor McDavid is one of the most respected player in the NHL. His talent puts him in his own category and everyone in the League looks up to him.
Now, he voiced an idea to solve a major issur within the game.
McDavid's Idea to Solve Delay of Game Issues
It's a simple idea: just fold the glass to make a bowl-like shape in order to prevent the puck from getting out of bounds.
"The glass folding in at the top, keep the pucks in, like a little bit of a bowl."
We have to say that this isn't a bad idea. Not only will players take less penalties, less time will be wasted during the games.
Penalties for delaying the game are frustrating for players, as they obviously don't do it on purpose. That rule was made fore players to stop throwing the puck in the stands voluntarily. If they do it by accident, they shouldn't be penalized.
