Bedard Nails Kane: Kane Ready To Drop The Gloves

Last night, Patrick Kane returned to Chicago for the first time since being traded last season. The veteran winger received a standing ovation from the Blackhawks faithful and rightfully so.
During the game, things got a bit chippy between the Red Wings and the Blackhawks as Blackhawks rookie and successor to Patrick Kane, Connor Bedard, flattened Kane with a crushing hit.
After the game, Kane revealed that he was ready to go after Bedard but ultimately decided against the idea as Bedard had a bubble on.
"He's lucky he had the bubble on, or I was going after him."

Later on during overtime, the game laid on Patrick Kane's stick as he was in all alone on a breakaway, and the former first-overall pick did not disappoint.
The two teams will not meet again till next season so we will likely have to wait a bit before we see Bedard and Kane face off again.
