The NHL regular season is coming to an end, and as the playoff teams prepare themselves for the post-season, things tend to get a bit chippy. The Chicago Blackhawks and Minnesota Wild's game the other night was no exception, as we saw tensions rise dramatically.
Minnesota took the victory in a less important game against the bottom feeding Blackhawks on Monday, but the game wasn't without its own drama. Attempting to spark his team in the third period, Andreas Englund laid a big hit on Marcus Foligno, ensuing in a scrap between the two.
After the two were broken up, Foligno continued to taunt Englund and the Blackhawks by grabbing Englund's helmet. His actions resulted in him recieving an additional unsportsmanlike penalty and a game misconduct.
