Hockey traditions, like never stepping on the logo in the middle of the dressing room, are held in pretty high regard by most players in the NHL. Recently, Connor Bedard showed his care for hockey traditions after an incident in the Hawks dressing room.

Connor Bedard Respects the Traditions of the Blackhawks

During a recent interview, Connor Bedard can be seen giving an angry response to a reporter in the Blackhawks' locker room after they were stepping on the logo out of frame.

Someone walked on the #Blackhawks logo in the locker room and Connor Bedard was none too pleased

Bedard clearly shows his disappointment in the reporter with a simple head shake and 'tisk tisk'. Even the other reporters in the room voiced their displeasure with what happened but in a much more blunt way.

"Donuts or 100 pushups tomorrow. The F*** is that"

Bedard is Quickly Earning the Respect from His Teammates and the City of Chicago

Not only is Bedard already showing his sense of pride for the Blackhawks off the ice, but his on-ice performance matches. Bedard has been wowing teammates and fans alike with his skill during scrimmages and pre-season games and has shown he has the work ethic to succeed in the NHL.
