As planned, Sidney Crosby took part in a closed morning skate while continuing to test his lower-body injury.

He remains doubtful for tonight’s semifinal vs. Finland, but the skate is viewed as a positive sign.
According to ESPN Emily Kaplan, Sidney Crosby would like to play, he’s trying to play, but the decision will ultimately lie with coach Jon Cooper.

Team Canada will not finalize its lineup until one hour before puck drop. It's still not a guarantee that we will see Crosby, but the fact he even took the ice after what looked like the worst is nothing short of miraculous.
Crosby was injured when Czechia defender Radko Gudas hit I'm at center ice, leading to Crosby's leg buckling underneath in a scary scene.
Crosby is Canada's greatest Olympic scorer, setting the record earlier in the tournament, however he might have some competition as Connor McDavid is right on his heels.
An update on Crosby's status to follow.
More details to come.
