Since the trade deadline, Toronto Maple Leafs' General Manager Kyle Dubas and Head Coach Sheldon Keefe have had their hands full managing a series of injuries. This situation has forced them to be inventive with their roster and line combinations.

In the midst of these challenges, the team received uplifting news about a player who had been away for the past few weeks.

Samsonov Returns to Practice






Goalie Ilya Samsonov had been absent due to the birth of his child.

Today, Samsonov rejoined his teammates, making a much-anticipated return to the rink. His presence at practice was a welcome sight for the team, which has been dealing with a string of injuries.

The Maple Leafs are preparing for their upcoming game against the Florida Panthers, scheduled for tomorrow in Toronto.
