In the last few minutes, Elliotte Friedman reported some interesting news about the Maple Leafs, who are supposedly looking to bring back a former player in their organization.

Leafs are Front-Runners for Brown

Connor Brown has officially been linked to the Toronto Maple Leafs.

He played for the Leafs between 2015 and 2019 and now, Brad Treliving is the front-runner to sign him.

In his career, Brown played 448 games in the NHL and scored 216 points. He'd be a great addition to the Leafs bottom-six if he's ready to play for less money that he could get elsewhere.

Updates will follow.
