Rumour: Edmonton making a push on Tuukka Rask

Rask is still recovering from offseason hip surgery in preparation for what he hopes will be his 15th NHL season, as you may know.
While he has stated that re-signing with the Bruins, with whom he has spent his whole career, it does not appear to be a Bruins or Bust issue, according to Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman:
«I don't think it's Boston or bust. At least that's not the information that I've heard,» Friedman said on The Jeff Marek Show. «I've just heard the Bruins remain his No. 1 priority. Now, we'll see what happens, but that's just what I've heard.»
To be fair, we know how hard Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl work to make the Oilers contenders. But goaltending has been an issue for many seasons, especially with Mike Smith out since mid-October.
Rask would be an insane upgrade.
