This means the Toronto Maple Leafs and Ottawa Senators will be at half capacity for at least three weeks while the province battles the current COVID-19 strain.
Again, I'm baffled by all these rules.
According to TSN's Rick Westhead, one of the doctors involved in the decision is calling for a complete halt to the NHL season and predicts the league will boycott the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing, China.
