The Oilers are struggling again and if Oilers GM Ken Holland doesn't do something soon it will be another year without the playoffs for McDavid.

Guess what, that 2 year plan doesn't seem to be working, McDavid loves hockey he's more about winning and playing then he is about money, Connor wants to win the Stanley Cup.
McDavid has only been to the playoffs 3 times in his career, twice being swept in the first round and longest run was losing to the Anaheim Ducks in 7 games in the 2nd round. With the team losing as they are including their current 6 game losing streak when is it going to be that last straw for McDavid?
