Legend Guy Lafleur paid tribute to Mike Bossy via his Instagram account this morning.
Bossy passed away surrounded by his loved ones from lung cancer at the age of 65.
My heart is heavy today upon hearing this sad news. I would like to extend my deepest condolences to Mike's family. We have lost a great man as well as a legend.
In 752 NHL games, specifically with the New York Islanders, Bossy scored 1126 points, including 573 goals.
Our deepest condolences to all his family and friends.
