It was confirmed late last night that Aho, Jarvis and a team staffer all tested positive for COVID-19. They couldn't clear customs and return to Carolina.
This means they will have to spend ten days in quarantine in Vancouver before rejoining the rest of the team in the US.
The Hurricanes previously lost standout defenseman Tony DeAngelo, who was unable to enter Canada at the outset of the club's road trip due to a COVID-19 positive test.
