The complaint is expected to be filed in state court in Rhode Island where the abuse occurred, and will names as defendants the Pittsburgh Penguins organization, John Clark Donatelli, William"Bill' Guerin, Pittsburgh Penguins LP, Lemieux Group LP, and co-owners Mario Lemieux and Ronald Burkle.
