24 year old hockey player collapses on ice and dies during a game

Sadecky reportedly fell on the ice and was transported to a neighbouring hospital. He was in critical care for a while before being declared stable. According to the Slovak media port.sk, Sadecky has died. He was only 24.

This is terrible news. The squad told the media in Slovak:

«With deep sorrow in our hearts and regret, we announce the death of our player Boris Sádeck�. We express our sincere condolences to family and friends. We will not disclose further information at this time after consulting with Boris's family. We ask everyone to respect the privacy of the Sádeck� family, «said the club's director Du�an Pa�ek on the team's website.

The game was called Friday when the unfortunate player collapsed on the ice. We can only picture the team's current situation.

Also, Sadecky scored a spectacular goal in the KHL. We pray for his family.
