Ryan Reaves revealed his honest opinion on the new Toronto Maple Leafs head coach, Craig Berube, in a recent interview.

Reaves joined the Leafs last season and got to play under Sheldon Keefe for a full season. Now that the coach has been replaced by Craig Berube, players are slowly starting to open up about what that major change will bring to the team going into the next season.

As a guest on SiriusXM's NHL Network Radio, Reaves talked about his first meeting with Berube, what he'll bring to the team, the coach's reputation, and that he looks forward to next season:

"I got to sit with him briefly after the season once he was hired. I think he's just gonna bring a new attitude."

"A new swagger that obviously the team has been missing. I'm excited to play for him."

"He was really liked in St. Louis. I never got to play for him there; I missed him by a year and a half, but I talked to guys about him, and everybody kind of says the same thing, they would go through a wall for the guy."

"I think that's an important aspect for a team and coach, so yeah, I think it's gonna be a fun year with him."

Back in his playing days, Berube was quite the enforcer. He'll be in a great position to help Reaves take his game to the next level.
