Jonathan Marchessault won the Conn Smyth Trophy, awared to the Most Valuable Player in the Playoffs.

During an interview with Paul Bissonnette's podcast Spittin' Chiclets, the Quebecer forward revealed why the Leafs keep loosing in the playoffs.

Something Needs to Change

According to Marchessault, they need to make some drastic changes in the organization:

"It's hard for me to see it. I just don't know. Like, they get past the first round, and they lose in five to a team (Florida) that I think was - they were hot at the right time, obviously - but I mean, I don't know."

"It's hard for me to see. There's a lot of things that need to change if they want to win."

It's evident that the Leafs were unlucky facing the Panthers in the second round. They were simply amazing and gave no chances to the Leafs.

But still, the Leafs have no excuses. They need to make some changes in the organization. Not on paper, real changes. The mentality in that locker room seems to be the major problem that's preventing them from winning. They need a real team spirit. They won't win until they do that.
