Sheldon Keefe Addresses the Concerning Matt Murray Situation

The talented netminder has dealt with injuries his entire career, so when he was taken out of the starters net with no clarity, fans got worried.
Murray was supposed to start against the Ottawa Senators, but out of nowhere, Ilya Samsonov came in to make his fifth straight start.
Despite the crushing 6-2 loss to the bottom-of-the-pack Senators, only one question was on reporters' minds - what was wrong with Matt Murray?
In Keefe's post-game interview, he gave some clarity on the situation:
«[Murray was] dealing with something that flared that's been bothering him for a while and that's why he couldn't play.»
Luckily the flare up had nothing to do with his LTIR-inducing adductor injury from earlier in the season.
Hopefully this is a short-term injury, as we know how important stability in net is in the playoffs.
