Concussions are one of the most difficult realities in sports.

Being thrown down to the ice game after game, it is unfortunately unavoidable for some that are prone.

In the case of Seattle Kraken star Joonas Donskoi, concussions may have brought him to the end of his career.

He suffered his 7th concussion at the beginning of the season, and in an interview with a Finnish news outlet, Donskoi got very honest about his future.

Donskoi tells he had his 7th concussion at the start of this season and that he still hasn't been able to practice because of the persistent symptoms. Has had vision problems, vertigo and headaches.

Unfortunately, Donskoi's career might be over at only 30 years old. Health is always first priority, and he will need a long time to recover from his injuries.
