Female Fan Throws Bra On The Ice To Celebrate Auston Matthews' Hat Trick

Every hockey fan knows that it is tradition for fans to throw their hats on the ice if a player on their team scores three goals, aka a hat trick, in the same game. Not all fans come to the game wearing headgear though and one Leafs fan amended this situation by throwing... something else on the ice.

Matthews Gets Surprise For Hat Trick

The ice crew at Scotiabank arena found, of all things, a bra among the hats that were thrown on the ice as Matthews completed his 3rd hat trick of the season.





Hats off to the crew member that had to handle the article of clothing. He did not seem to be particularly excited about being at work as he did so. The Leafs ended up losing the game 6-4 in typical Leafs fashion, despite Matthews' effort.

The Leafs will be back in action Monday when they host the Lightning.
