Holden Retires and Joins Vegas
It was just announced that veteran NHL defenseman, Nick Holden, has retired from hockey and will be joining the Vegas Golden Knights as a member of their development staff.
We are excited to announce that we have hired former VGK defenseman Nick Holden to our player development staff!!!
Holden played 654 NHL games throughout his NHL career with the Blue Jackets, Avalanche, Rangers, Bruins, Golden Knights, and Senators.
He spent last season with the Senators where he scored 16 points in 65 games.
Holden was a member of the inaugural Golden Knights team and played in three seasons with the Knights. He will now help Vegas develop their next generation of defensemen and ensure that they get the most out of their prospects.
